Welcome from our Headteacher

As the headteacher, I would like to welcome you to our school website, and I hope that you find it helpful and informative.  It is designed to provide parent/carers or visitors with support and information about our school.

St Albert’s is a Catholic School with Christ and the Child at the heart of all that we do.  Our school mission is ‘Walking together with Jesus to Love, Learn and Serve’ and this is embedded throughout the school and what we are all about.

Our children are taught to follow in Jesus’ footsteps and to respect the gospel values.  In particular, we promote the gospel values of    Kindness, Peace, Love, Justice, Integrity, Forgiveness, Simplicity, Humility, Compassion, Love, and  Hope  as we nurture and develop our children as loving Christians.

St Albert’s is a warm and happy school where everyone is welcome and greeted with a smile.  We celebrate differences and treat everyone with respect.

Our teachers and staff are dedicated to achieving the very best for our children and we work in close partnership with our families. We hope that our families and children see us as a safe haven and a place of support and encouragement. Our door is always open.

We are situated in a quiet corner of Stockbridge Village and we are surrounded by beautiful countryside. We have extensive school grounds, a thriving forest school and our outdoor provision and learning is an essential part of our approach.

As the headteacher of St Albert’s for the past 13 years,  I have been fortunate to have the pleasure of watching our children grow, learn , achieve and enjoy school on a daily basis.  I am proud of our school’s successes  and how we all work together as a family.

Please feel free to call and make an appointment to visit our school if you require additional information. You may also find our X (formerly twitter)  account @StalbertsRc  or our Instagram account stalbertscatholicprimaryschool helpful as we post to these regularly.
