Breakfast Club

Children can attend Breakfast Club every morning from 8am to-8.55am.

It is held in our IT suite and managed by highly experienced staff who register the children on arrival. While there, the children can participate in supervised, age appropriate games and activities, such as arts & crafts, board games and role play.

Attending Breakfast Club will help the children start their day in a positive and healthy way. This can improve learning, attendance and behaviour at school, and can have a positive impact on the children’s social development.

For breakfast the children are offered a selection of cereal, fruit, milk, water and fresh juice.

The club costs £1 per child, per day.

All parents who wish their child to attend Breakfast Club must sign a permission slip and inform school of any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Please call into the school office if you require any more information.

We also have ‘Magic Breakfast’…….

FREE ‘Magic Breakfast’ for ALL Children!

We are delighted to be able to offer free Magic Breakfasts to all children at St Albert’s. As we have been successful in securing this service (provided by the Sugar Tax) every child in the school is eligible to receive a delicious, healthy free breakfast every day for the next year.

A range of tasty food including cereals and top quality bagels is on offer to all children.

Research has shown that children who have a healthy breakfast achieve more at school – make sure your child doesn’t miss out!

And that’s not all. As well as the super food, children have the opportunity to chat with friends and have a gentle, social start to the day.

Doors open at 8.35 am (for children from Y2 upwards) allowing 20 minutes for breakfast before children go straight into class. Please note we stop serving breakfast at 8.45am sharp so please make sure your child is in school before that time!

Children in Reception and year 1 are able to receive a free classroom breakfast and should therefore come into school at the normal time alongside any children who do not wish to participate in the Magic Breakfast.

Open to all children from Y2-6, and it’s totally free!

What an opportunity for the children and families of St Albert’s. Every penny (or in many cases minutes count)

Please call into the office if you would like any further information about Magic Breakfast or click this link to find out more:
